The Tishman Review released Thaïs’s short story, “Gates, Canals, and Veins,” in the July 2016 issue.  This story focuses on a Jewish physician living in the Venetian Ghetto in the seventeenth century. To write this story, Thaïs completed a great deal of historical research, consulted several scholars, and visited the Ghetto in person.
